How to use this chart:<br />

Step 1: Locate the required fluid flow rate along<br />

bottom axis of chart.<br />

Step 2: Follow vertical line to the intersection with<br />

the solid curve (A, B, C or D – based on your air<br />

inlet pressure).<br />

Step 3: Follow to left axis to read fluid outlet<br />

pressure.<br />

Step 4: From Step 2, follow vertical line up or down<br />

to the intersection with the dotted line<br />

(A, B or C or D– based on your air inlet pressure)<br />

then follow to right axis to read air<br />

consumption.<br />

Example<br />

To obtain 3 gpm (11.4 lpm) at approximately 150 psi<br />

(10.3 bar, 1.0 MPa) you will need 100 psi (7 bar, 0.7 MPa) of air<br />

pressure. The air consumption will be approximately 7 scfm.<br />
