Added under the air piston in the valve to limit how far
the fluid needles push open. It reduces the amount of
material surge when the valve opens, and reduces the
amount of snuff-back available. Used for dispensing
low flow small diameter beads.

Plastic cap to cover nose piece outlet when valve is not
in use. Disposable.
Note: Wide Ratio Valves
These valves come with a center injection nozzle in the outlet nose piece and a
“shower head” dispersion tip. These techniques offer more efficient mixing in
applications where the mix ratio is greater than 10:1 and the minor volume is
much lower viscosity than the major volume. Using this technique requires that the
nozzle tip be cleaned daily.
