to the truth, and believe that their departure from this transitory<br />
world with such beliefs will earn them a great punishment, we<br />
cannot shy away from our duty to reform them, nor can we turn<br />
a blind eye to their erroneous beliefs and their efforts to mislead<br />
others. Otherwise, how would we claim to belong to the True<br />
Faith and how shall we acquit ourselves before our Lord?<br />
Worldly people, who have no regard for God and the true faith,<br />
are likely to take my comments ill and make wild accusations to<br />
express their displeasure upon hearing the excellences of Islam and<br />
the shortcomings of their own faith. But I do hope that there will<br />
be many seekers after truth who will find the right path through<br />
this book and will bow down in gratitude to God, who will teach<br />
and reveal to them what He has taught and revealed to me. It is<br />
for them that I have written this book and taken upon myself this<br />
heavy responsibility. It is beyond the power of my tongue or my<br />
pen to express the goodwill and concern I have for them.<br />
The pain that I have in my heart for the seekers<br />
after truth;<br />
Cannot be described in my brief statements.<br />
My heart and soul are so deeply engrossed in their concern;<br />
That I care not for my heart, nor am I aware of my life.<br />
I am nevertheless happy that I pine for God’s creatures;<br />
The cries that I utter in pain are a source of delight for me.<br />
