ADMISSION<br />
1. By act <strong>of</strong> General Assembly, approved March, 1918, both<br />
men and women are admitted to the <strong>College</strong> on the same conditions.<br />
2. Applicants must be at least sixteen years <strong>of</strong> age.<br />
3. Every applicant must present a satisfactory certificate <strong>of</strong><br />
good character.<br />
4. Every student must meet one <strong>of</strong> the following requirements<br />
a. Students are admitted upon the. "completion <strong>of</strong> a four year<br />
course <strong>of</strong> not less than fifteen units <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>ficially accred-<br />
ited school or its equivalent as shown by examination," but<br />
the units <strong>of</strong>fered must include the following<br />
English 3 units<br />
Mathematics 2^/2 units<br />
History .1 unit<br />
b. Special students who are at least twenty years <strong>of</strong> age on<br />
the date <strong>of</strong> registration may be admitted upon satisfactory<br />
evidence <strong>of</strong> their ability to pursue successfully the courses<br />
for which they wish to be registered.<br />
Entrance Requirements for Bachelor*s Degrees<br />
I. All students entering upon a course leading to a bachelor's<br />
degree must have credits as follows<br />
English (Grammar, composition, rhetoric and<br />
literature) 3 units<br />
Mathematics (Algebra through binomials<br />
and plane geometry) 2>^ units<br />
History (General, English or American) i unit<br />
Foreign Languages 3 units<br />
Electives 5^ units<br />
Total 15 units
