3), <strong>Gaussian</strong> quantum cellular automata (chapter 4) and <strong>Gaussian</strong> private quantum<br />

channels (chapter 5). In addition, chapter 2 provides the common ground for<br />

all chapters <strong>with</strong> an overview of the basic tools of phase space as well as <strong>Gaussian</strong><br />

states and systems. The main chapters can be read independently of each other and<br />

provide a selfcontained introduction to the respective topics.<br />
