22. Minimum finished floor elevation two feet (2') above one-hundred year storm elevation
on
U.S.G.S. datum, when applicable, as well as F.E.M.A. mapping for site.
The City may require other information and data for a specific site plan. This data may
include, but is not limited to geologic or archaeological information, water yields, flood data,
environmental information, traffic analysis, road capacities, market information, economic
data for the proposed development, hours of operation, elevation and perspective
drawings, lighting, and similar information. Conditional approval of the site plan may
establish certain conditions for construction based on such information.
