Traffic Volumes and Market Shares<br />

The overall passenger and ro-ro cargo volumes in the Northern <strong>Baltic</strong> Sea region between Finland, Sweden and<br />

the <strong>Baltic</strong> countries, of which we believe our business accounted for approximately 19 percent in the financial year<br />

ended August 31, 2005, have been increasing at a moderate pace in the past few years. This increase has been due to a<br />

variety of reasons, primarily increased tourism to the <strong>Baltic</strong> countries as well as the increased use of the Via <strong>Baltic</strong>a<br />
