Disabling Unknown User Authentication You can configure ACS so that it does not provide authentication service to users who are not in the ACS internal database. To turn off unknown user authentication: Step 1 In the navigation bar, click External User Databases, and then click Unknown User Policy. Step 2 Select the Fail the attempt option.
