College Administrative Offices
Monday through Friday hours 8:00am to 6:00pm. Certain student services
offices are open until 7:00pm and on Saturday, as posted.
Faculty Offices
Office hours of faculty members are posted on the doors of the faculty offices
and are also available in the respective department offices.
Library
Monday through Friday hours 8:00am to 400pm, hours 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Public Safety and Security
The Public Safety and Security Office are open 24 hours per day, seven days a
week. (312) 850-7168.
Emergencies
Faculty family emergency contact information should be kept current in each
faculty member's personnel file in the Human Resources Office, Room 1111.
The administration should be notified as soon as possible when an emergency
on campus is recognized to exist. Emergency telephones that connect with the
Security Station are located in some classrooms, as well as in faculty and staff
offices. During the evening hours, report emergencies to Security at (312) 850-
7166, Room 1508.
For extreme emergencies requiring paramedics or police, dial the operator for
an outside line then 911. The Fire Department, 347-1313 and the Police
Department 765-1313 can be dialed for information in emergency cases.
SECURITY OFFICE: For general, personal or college property security matters
contact the Security Office, Room 1508, phone (312) 850-7166.
LOST AND FOUND: The Lost and Found service is located in the Security Office,
Room 1508.
BUILDING AND GROUNDS
Custodial Services
Faculty members desiring building maintenance services (replacement of bulbs,
repair of broken windows, heating adjustments, etc.) should make their
requests known through Plant and Operations via appropriate forms and work
