Austin Rice led the<br />
way with his 214 yards<br />
rushing, 66 yards passing<br />
on 4 of 7. He scored<br />
2 touchdowns. Clint<br />
Butler rushed 12 times<br />
for 52 yards and had<br />
a touchdown. Haden<br />
Skelton had 5 carries<br />
for 11 yards and Peyton<br />
Mathis had one carry for<br />
4 yards. Skelton caught 2<br />
passes for 26 yards and<br />
Mathis had 2 receptions,<br />
one for a touchdown, for<br />
40 yards.<br />
On the defensive side of<br />
the ball, Clint Butler led<br />
the way with 7 tackles,<br />
2 assists, a pass breakup,<br />
and 1.5 tackles for<br />
losses. Daniel Rumbaugh<br />
had 3 solo tackles and<br />
six assists, while Zach<br />
Clayton had 6 solo<br />
tackles, 2 assists, with<br />
one for a loss. Peyton<br />
Mathis had 4 hits and 4<br />
assists, and Nick Horton<br />
had 2 tackles and 5<br />
assists. Boston Ray had 5<br />
tackles and 1 assist, Eric<br />
Garland had 2 tackles<br />
and 2 assists, with a sack,<br />
while Andrew Compton<br />
had 4 assists, with one<br />
for a loss. Brandon Lowe<br />
had 3 assists, and Dakota<br />
Willis had one hit and<br />
2 assists. Jacob Ray,<br />
Carson Kelly, and Austin<br />
Rice each had a tackle,<br />
and Haden Skelton and<br />
Sheyenne Reeves each<br />
had an assisted tackle.<br />
Skelton also broke up a<br />
pass.<br />
The Wildcats end the<br />
football season with<br />
18 seniors achieving<br />
the ultimate goal of<br />
a championship. The<br />
remaining Wildcats will<br />
have to work hard to reload<br />
for the next year of<br />

Wildcats. He had 3<br />
rebounds and a steal.<br />
Jaylen Bevis had 6<br />
points, 3 rebounds, a<br />
steal, and an assist, while<br />
Zack Risner had 4 points<br />
and 4 rebounds. He also<br />
had 2 steals. Chad Young<br />
had 3 points, while Caleb<br />
Brantley had 2 points and<br />
a team high 7 boards. He<br />
had 4 steals and 2 assists.<br />
Jace Howell and Sawyer<br />
Ray each scored a point.<br />
Ray also had a rebound, a<br />
steal, and an assist. Tristen<br />
Olive had a rebound,<br />
and Dylan Prater had a<br />
steal. The ‘Cats were out<br />
rebounded 28 – 19 and<br />
committed 29 turnovers<br />
and shot 23.5% from the<br />
foul line on 4 of 17.<br />
Monday night, the<br />
Ladycats came out and<br />
took a 14 – 9 lead at the<br />
end of the fi rst quarter.<br />
In the second, the Lady<br />
Cardinals 3 long range<br />
shots and went up 27 – 21<br />
by the half. In the third, a<br />
Kelsey Risner 3 pointer<br />
with 1:47 remaining<br />
made the score 31 – 30<br />
and then a Hayley Inman<br />
three tied the game at<br />
33. Adamsville got two<br />
consecutive lay-ups to<br />
make the score 38 – 34 at<br />
the end of the period. The<br />
Lady Cardinals came out<br />
and went on a 7 – 0 run to<br />
go up 47 – 38 in the fi rst<br />
minute of the fourth and<br />
the Ladycats could never<br />
recover and fell by the<br />
fi nal score of 52 – 44.<br />

Hayley Inman each hit<br />
for 14 points. Risner<br />
connected on 4 three<br />
pointers, while Inman hit<br />
3. Risner had 9 rebounds.<br />
6 steals, and 7 assists,<br />
and Inman had 5 boards<br />
and 2 assists. Taylor<br />
Hatcher scored 8 points<br />
and had 4 rebounds and a<br />
block. Stacey Creecy and<br />
Morgan Mathis scored 2<br />
points each. Creecy had<br />
5 rebounds and 2 assists,<br />
and Mathis had one<br />
rebound. Sam Skelton<br />
also had 2 points with<br />
2 boards, a steal, and<br />
2 assists. Kelli Griggs<br />
and Cassie Mathis each<br />

also had a rebound. The<br />
Lady cats managed only<br />
3 of 11 from the foul line<br />
for 27.3%. They had 19<br />
turnovers on the night.<br />
The Wildcats came out<br />
slow and fell behind 11 –<br />
6 in the opening quarter.<br />
They worked their way<br />
back in the second and<br />
went on top 38 – 33 by the<br />
end of the third period. In<br />
the fourth, they held their<br />
ground, and took the win<br />
by the fi nal score of 58 –<br />

In Great Birthday Gift!<br />
Brooke Morris of Collinwood enjoyed a wonderful<br />
Thanksgiving weekend. She spent Thanksgiving<br />
Day hunting with her Dad Brad Morris and<br />
brother Jake. This proved to be very fruitful for<br />
Brooke as she brought home a 7-point buck just<br />
in time for her 13th birthday which she celebrated<br />
