Shrimp Seviche
2 pounds large, shelled cooked shrimp, tails off
4 tbsp “A Taste of Thai” garlic chili pepper sauce (or to taste)
1/2 cup ketchup (or to taste)
2 tomatoes 2 avocados
1 small bunch cilantro 1 small red onion
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place shrimp in large serving bowl.
2. Chop up tomatoes (drain all fluid).
Chop up avocados (not too soon before
serving as they will turn brown). Chop
cilantro and slice red onion thin. Combine
chili pepper sauce with ketchup. Adjust to
your taste. This pepper sauce is VERY
HOT. Make enough sauce to coat shrimp
and other ingredients.
3. Stir into shrimp, being careful not to make “mush” of the
avocados. Enjoy! Everyone always likes this recipe – share
it with friends.
