Christmas Morning Chile Relleno<br />
Serve with fruit salad and sausage links for a spicy Christmas breakfast.<br />
16 oz pkg shredded Cheddar cheese<br />
16 oz pkg shredded Monterey Jack cheese<br />
2 4 oz cans chopped green chiles 4 eggs<br />
1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup evaporated milk<br />
DIRECTIONS:<br />
1. Sprinkle cheese and chiles<br />
together alternately in a<br />
greased 13”x9” baking pan.<br />
2. Whisk together eggs, flour and<br />
milk in a medium bowl and pour<br />
over cheese mixture.<br />
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly<br />
before serving.<br />
