Dear Mia,
Actually it is kind of difficult to reduce all I want to say to you
down to an advice or two – I mean, I have a lot of things I would
like to say but as soon as I try to decide on something more specific
to state then I start doubting big times – Thinking who am I
to give you advice – or I mean the only reason why we know each
other is that I did not manage my self to stay focused and make
my living from my praxis and therefore ended up teaching – Dear
Mia – please never start teaching - you don’t have time for that
– and I really mean it – don’t even think about it – ok that was
one advice and here is another: Keep imagine your goals even
though you don’t even have a clue how to reach them – imagine
the shows you want to participate in, the curators you want to
work with, the collections you want to be included in, the money
you want to earn, the ........, This is actually really important since
it is for sure that anything you can’t imagine will ever happen – so
please never stop imagine.
