SECTION 1. REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
A. The number of AAA Board of Directors members elected by
each district shall be based upon the number of school
memberships in an activity district as compared to the total
school memberships of the entire association. The total
one.
B. Minor fractions shall not qualify a district for additional board
members. Major fractions shall qualify districts for
additional board members except when the total exceeds
16, in which event the smallest major fraction(s) shall be
disallowed to the extent necessary to reduce such additional
members to a total of 16.
