The significance of traditional<br />

"mass market<strong>in</strong>g” as a factor of<br />

corporate success has decreased<br />

dramatically over the past few<br />

years. Sales divisions, which play<br />

a special role dur<strong>in</strong>g times of economic<br />

difficulties, are also faced<br />

with new challenges. As a result of<br />

the liberalisation of the power markets<br />

this holds true <strong>in</strong> particular for<br />

our <strong>in</strong>dustry.<br />

Market<strong>in</strong>g concepts need to focus<br />

to a much greater extent on the<br />

benefits. We understand our customer<br />
