11 Providing 12mm cement plaster
(1:3) with clean coarse sand of
F.M. 1.5 including screening,
curing with all leads and lifts of
water scaffolding, taxes and
royalty all complete as per
building specification and
direction of E/I.
12 Construction of precast RCC
railing of M30 Grade, aggregate
size not exceeding 12mm, true to
line and grade, tolurence of
vertical RCC post not to exceed
in 1 in 500, centre to centre
spacing between vertical post for
expansion, complete as per
approved drawings and technical
specifications.
13 Proving two coats of plastic
emulsion paint of approved
shade and make over a coat of
cement primer over new surface
including preparing plastered
surface by rubbing smooth with
pumice stone or fine sand paper
applying putty wherever required
scaffolding washing of floor and
taxes all complete as per building
specification and direction of E/I
14 Providing granular sub-base in
one or more layers over the
prepared sub-grade compacted
by road roller so as to achieve 95
to 100% maximum dry density at
O.M.C. including uniformily
mixing the required quantity of
water including cost of supply
and carriage of water with all
leads and lifts, finishing the
surface to proper grade as per
specification and direction of E/I.
