OTICE IVITIG TEDERS
1. Sealed tenders on approved from a bill of quantity available from the office of the Chief Engineer(comm.)
Chotanagpur wing-Ranchi/ Superintending Engineer Road circle Hazaribagh / Undersigned on the payment of Rs
1250/- by Bank Draft are invited from the registered P.W.D contractors to be eventually drawn in P.W.D Form
No. – F2 will be received up to 3 P.M on 14-10-2011 by the Chief Engineer (comm.) Ranchi / S.E Road circle
Hazaribagh/undersigned For the work of Surface Renual to Doranda- Shankh-Vendro-Patna Road in km 1, 2,
6, 7 ,8(500), 19, 20 and 21 for year 2011-12 in R.C.D., Road Division Koderma For Year 2011-12 and will be
opened in the presence of the Contractors or their authorized agents on 14-10-2011 at 3.30 P.M by the respective
officer in their office.
2. Estimated amount of the work is Rs . 44,80,943/-
3. Tenderers would state the period within which can complete the work from the date receipt of written orders to
commence the work.
4. Tenders are required to deposit earnest money amounting to Rs 89,700/- for the work.
Earnest money is to be deposited in Post-Office N.S.C (eight issue) issued by Jharkhand Post-Office duly pledged
to the undersigned original copy of which is to be submitted with the tender deposit of earnest money in the form
of insurance guarantee bond or by cheque or draft is not acceptable. Inadequate earnest money will tender the
tender invalid and such the tender will be rejected.
5. Specification, design drawing and other documents required in connection with the work can be seen in the
office of the undersigned during the working hours and the day and the contractors may obtained a set of
document relating to tender paper on payment of
(i) Rs 50/- for the work up to Rs 10,000/-
(ii) Rs 250/- for the work above Rs 10,000/- and up to Rs 50,000.
(iii) Rs 500/- for the work above Rs 50,000/- and up to Rs 2,50,000.
(iv) Rs 750/- for the work above Rs 2.50 lacks and up to Rs 5.00 lacs.
(v) Rs 1250/- for the work above Rs 5.00 lacks and up to Rs 10.00 lacs.
(vi) Rs 2500/- for the work above Rs 10.00 lacks and up to Rs 15.00 lacs.
(vii) Rs 5,000/- for the work Rs 15.00 lacks and up to Rs 50.00 lacs.
(viii) Rs 10,000/- for the work Rs above Rs 50.00 lacs.
Tender will be accepted on the prescribed tender paper which will be available for sale during working hours at
office of the Chief Engineer (comm.) Chotanagpur wing-Ranchi/ Superintending Engineer Road circle Hazaribagh
/ Undersigned on from 12-10-2011 to 13-10-2011
6. Any other information in connection with can be obtained on application be the undersigned.
7. Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders or all of the tenders received without assigning any
reason thereof.
8. Earnest money of the successful tender will be forfeited in cause to be declines or avoid to sign the agreement
or contract or evident deposit the security within 10 days of being called up to do so after the acceptance of his
tender.
9. In the case of tenders exempted from depositing earnest money amount equivalent to the earnest money shall be
forfeited from sum due to them or the deposit lying with the department if the declines to sign the agreement or
contract or deposit the security money within the aforesaid time.
