COMPESATIO AD CODITIO OF COTRACT
CLAUSE – I
All compensation or other sums or money payable by the contractor or Government under the terms of
his contract may be deputed from or paid by the sales of sufficient part of his security deposit or from the interest
arising there firm or form any sum be due or any because due to the contractors or Government or any account
whatever and the event of the security to deposit being reduce by reason of delay there after make good in each or
Government security endorsed any sums which may be deducted from or raised by sale or is security or any part
thereof.
CLAUSE –II
The time allowed for carrying out the works as entered in the tender shall be strictly observed by the
contractor and shall be recall from the date on which the written order to commence the work is given to the
contractor. The work shall trough stipulated period of the contract to be carried or with all due differences (time
being deemed to be the absence of the contractor or the part of the contractor) and the contractor shall pay a
compensational whole works shown by the tender for every day that the works remained uncommented or
unfinished until such date as the Executive Engineer or his authorized agents are fully complied with the
contractors to the Executive Engineer’s satisfaction and further to insure mild progress during the excavation of
the work the contractor shall bound in all cases in which the time allowed for any work in months complete one
further of the part of the work before the forth of the whole time allowed under the contractor his lapsed in the
contract falling to comply with his condition shall be liable to pay as compensation and amount about to 1/3
percent or the said estimated cost of the whole work for every day due to quality of work remains in completed
always that the entire amount of compensation to be paid under the provision of this clause shall not exceed 10%
on the estimated cost of the work as shown in the tender.
ACTIO WHE WHOLE SECURITY DEPOSIT FORFEITED
CLAUSE – III
In any which under any clause of this contract the contractor shall have tendered his if liable to pay
compensation with something shall have tendered his site liable to pay the Executive Engineer (whether paid this
amount one sum of the deducted by installment). The Executive Engineer on the behalf of the Government of
Jharkhand shall have power to any of following course as mentioned down best to the interest of the Government.
(a) (The relined the contract of which revision notice clause in written to the contractor under the hand of the
Executive Engineer shall be conclusive evidence) and in which case the security deposit of the contractor shall be
forfeited and absolutely at the disposal of Government.
