3. Visitors shall be required to deposit identification cards with the guard<br />
on duty who shall issue the corresponding Visitor’s ID, which must be<br />
worn visibly while inside the campus.<br />

9. “Park at your own Risk”policy shall be adopted and implemented. All<br />
personal and valuable belongings should be secured by the concerned<br />
employee and or s<strong>tuden</strong>t.<br />
8. S<strong>tuden</strong>ts reporting to school on weekends should secure permit to enter<br />
the campus from the S<strong>tuden</strong>t Services Division and with consent<br />
from their parents.<br />
7. Employees reporting on weekends or holidays shall secure permit to<br />
enter from his/her immediate superior.<br />
6. S<strong>tuden</strong>ts with vehicles shall park on the road going to the Multi-Purpose<br />
Gymnasium and the parking area fronting the gymnasium only.<br />

5. Employees with vehicles shall park at the front parking area and at<br />
the back of the ASTB (fronting the GRH) only. Employees/service<br />
providers with motorcycles and/or bicycles shall park at the designated<br />
parking area located beside the area provided for the official/school<br />
vehicles.<br />
4. S<strong>tuden</strong>ts driving their own vehicles shall register with the S<strong>tuden</strong>t<br />
Services Division and secure car stickers from the Directors Office.<br />

3. Employees/S<strong>tuden</strong>ts with vehicles shall secure car stickers for easy<br />
identification of vehicles entering the school premises. “NO <strong>CAR</strong><br />
STICKER, NO ENTRY”policy shall be implemented.<br />
The academic year is divided into four (4) quarters or two (2) semesters.<br />
Grades are released at the end of each quarter. The school follows the cumulative<br />
system of grading. This means that, except for the first quarter<br />
grades, quarterly grades are computed according to the following formula:<br />
