their in their adjustment period and their GWAs in these years are given
a lesser weight. It is during the third year and fourth year levels where
students gifted in science and mathematics manifest their potentials despite
the level of difficulty of the subjects, and their GWAs in these years
are given more weight.
fourth year and multiply each GWA with the following factors:
1st Year GWA × 1
2nd Year GWA × 1
3rd Year GWA × 2
4th Year GWA × 2
2. Get the sum and divide by 6.
3. General weighted average calculations are truncated after the second
decimal place.
4. All candidates for academic honors must have no record of having
committed a major offense in the third and fourth year levels.
(a) Attend to the safety of students.
(b) Direct the students to seek cover during the initial tremors.
(c) After the initial shock and tremors, switch off gas and electrical
appliances.
(d) Direct students to the nearest exit.
(e) Attend to a fast and orderly evacuation of the building to a place
of refuge (oval, etc.)
(f) Account for their students
B. Proficiency Awards
the fourteen (14) subjects, namely: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics,
C. The School Emergency Response Team
to any emergency and/or disaster, the PSHS has created the School Emergency
Response Team with five(5) sub-teams to:
the particular subject area in all year levels to qualify.
2. He/She must get the higher number of total points based on the computation
of the following:
2.1 Equivalent points of the Weighted Average Grade from a transmutation
table (see Table 2, plus
