school. The Association is actively involved in helping the PSHS find<br />
solutions to the problems of the scholars, as well as in aiding the development<br />
of the school.<br />
2. PSHS-<strong>CAR</strong>C Foundation, Inc. - A private, non-stock, non-profit organization,<br />
the Foundation was organized by the PSHS parents to help<br />
the school tap external sources of assistance “to ensure that an exceptional<br />
school like the PSHS can maintain its excellence”.<br />
3. Parents Council for Optional Religious Instruction (PCORI) - The PCORI<br />
is an independent entity that is committed to the task of institutionalizing<br />
optional religious instruction at the PSHS. It continues to develop<br />
programs aimed at inculcating high ideals of spiritual and moral<br />
formation, among others.<br />
4. PSHS Alumni Association, Inc. (PSHSAAI) - The PSHSAAI was organized<br />
primarily to serve the collective interests of the PSHS graduates,<br />
and to establish stronger bonds of cooperation between the PSHS<br />
Alumni and the PSHS administration and s<strong>tuden</strong>try.<br />
5. PSHS Canteen - The PSHS Canteen is owned, managed, controlled<br />
and patronized by its members (PSHS s<strong>tuden</strong>ts, faculty and administrative<br />
staff). It operates the canteen and the mini-grocery for the<br />
school community.
