System administrators and network engineers should read this guide to learn how properly to<br />

set up <strong>Polycom</strong> phones. This guide describes administration-level tasks and is not intended for<br />

end users.<br />

Computer networking and driver administration for your operating system<br />

An XML editor<br />

This guide is organized into six parts, each containing multiple chapters. The parts and their<br />

Part IV: Troubleshooting and Maintaining Your Deployment identifies common phone<br />

issues and includes troubleshooting tips, and explains a number of software and hardware<br />
