Communication Module (Node)<br />
<strong>PROFIBUS</strong>-<strong>DP</strong> Communication Module<br />
This module is the communication interface to the manifold. It contains communication electronics and<br />
internal short circuit protection for power. It can be configured via software, via the graphic display, or<br />
manually via DIP switches through the optional <strong>Manual</strong> Configuration Module (MCM).<br />
The <strong>Numatics</strong> <strong>G3</strong> <strong>PROFIBUS</strong>-<strong>DP</strong> node is tested by the PIC to ensure compatibility and interoperability.<br />
