Repair step 1<br />
Dismantle control box/blower unit and jacket<br />
Remove water pump connector<br />

• Disconnect the connector (24) at the water pump (26) and pull<br />
the cable loom out of the holder.<br />
Remove side cover and dismantle jacket<br />

• Pull out side cover (3) from above.<br />
• Undo the 4 screws (21) M5 x 25 in the jacket (20) and remove<br />
the jacket from the control box / blower unit.<br />
Note: The control box / blower unit may not be placed on the<br />
exposed impeller.<br />
Remove electric motor cover<br />

• Undo the 2 screws (14) M5 x 16 of the electric motor cover (13)<br />
and remove the cover.<br />
Note: The control box / blower unit may not be placed on the<br />
exposed impeller.<br />
