Time Between Overhauls (TBO):
The component in question must be removed at each interval that corresponds to the value indicated,
in order to undergo the operations in a specialized workshop that will enable it to be put back into service
for the next interval. A TBO is granted with a 3% operational margin. All subcomponents may have
a Service Life limit, rated above the TBO limit.
Service Life Limited (SLL):
The service life limit is an airworthiness limit. The affected component must be removed from service
when it reaches the limit indicated.
