7.8 Technical Support<br />
Technical Data<br />
EUROCOPTER® provides our customers with general technical support in order to optimize the operational<br />
use of their helicopters. The support includes:<br />
• Worldwide telephone hotline service (24h / 7 days)<br />
• Technical improvement, recommendations for use<br />
• Incident/accident investigations (reporting…)<br />
• Fleet management<br />
• Technical assistance on-site<br />
• Advice on trouble shooting/technical questions<br />
The availability of on-site technical support is depending on the risk level of the country. Dedicated support<br />
for countries with high risk levels within the limits of national and international laws can be organized,<br />
but will require respective lead times and preparation.<br />
7.9 Technical Publications<br />
EUROCOPTER® provides all the technical publications necessary for safely operating and maintaining<br />
its aircrafts cost effectively.<br />
The printed version of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), the System Description Section (SDS)<br />
and the Wiring Diagram Manual (WDM) are tailored to the configuration of your helicopter(s). EURO-<br />
COPTER® technical publications are available on an interactive electronic medium or in hard copies.<br />
The INDOC CD-ROM includes the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), System Description Section<br />
(SDS), Master Servicing Manual (MSM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), the Wiring Diagram Manual<br />
(WDM), the Corrosion and Erosion Control Guide (CECG) and the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).<br />
The CD-ROM is available in English, French or German; it includes the latest information and is updated<br />
regularly.<br />
The component maintenance manual (CMM) is available on CD-ROM or hard copy, depending on the<br />
Vendor.<br />
Aircrew publications such as Flight Manual (FM), Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) and Pilot<br />
Check List (PCL) are provided as hard copies and on CD (for information only).<br />
7.10 T.I.P.I (Technical Information Publication on Internet)<br />
7.10.1 Description<br />
T.I.P.I. website is entirely dedicated to provide a real-time issuing service for the following publications:<br />
• (Alert) Service Bulletin, (Safety) Information Notice, Technical Information Letter (<strong>Eurocopter</strong>), Service<br />
Letter (vendor)<br />
• List of Applicable Publications (LOAP)<br />
• MSM updates<br />
• INDOC CD/DVD-ROM updates<br />
