EYP Finland ry<br />
The National Committee of the <strong>European</strong><br />
<strong>Youth</strong> <strong>Parliament</strong> in Finland<br />
EYP has worked in Finland for almost 15 years. Current registered organisation<br />
EYP-Finland ry was officially established only in 2001 – although two International<br />
Sessions were already organised in Finland in 1996 and 1999. The National<br />
Committee organises a National Session once a year and the Regional Committees<br />
(in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere at the moment) organise regional sessions. EYP-<br />
Finland ry also seeks to offer its members trainings on the topics of journo / chair<br />
/ EYP in general. In addition the <strong>Parliament</strong> Simulation Programme of EYP Finland<br />
reaches out to schools with EYP-related materials. Yearly EYP in Finland reaches<br />
more than 300 Finnish pupils through its broad range of activities.<br />

Each session gathered around 120<br />
participants including international<br />
delegates and officials.<br />
