The National Committee of the <strong>European</strong><br />
<strong>Youth</strong> <strong>Parliament</strong> in Ireland<br />
EYP Ireland has been in existence for over 10 years. Since its foundation it has<br />
organised dozens of weekend-long sessions for secondary school students across<br />
Ireland, promoting awareness of <strong>European</strong> issues among young people.<br />
Last year, the <strong>European</strong> <strong>Youth</strong> <strong>Parliament</strong> Ireland reached over to 650 youngsters.<br />
This included running interactive workshops in schools on the theme of ‘<strong>Youth</strong><br />
Involvement in <strong>European</strong> Affairs’ based around the period of reflection on the EU’s<br />
future.<br />
