WALL & FLOOR TILING The two main qualifications covering this area are the wall and floor tiling apprenticeship routes and floor covering occupations SVQ level 3 with a small amount of skills covered by plastering SVQ’s. 75% (63% fully covered plus 12% partially covered) of the wishlist skills are covered by the Wall and Floor Tiling TAPS, while in comparison, only 54% are covered by the SVQ Level 3 qualification. At apprenticeship level this pattern of coverage is similar, with 75% of the wish-list covered or partially covered. Three colleges in Scotland deliver related courses.
