Project Team
The Project Manager, Ali Davey (Historic Scotland Conservation Group (HSCG)),
worked in collaboration with the Glasgow Metropolitan College Teaching Fellow,
Alison McCandlish, and with Historic Scotland Research Assistant, Andrew
McMaster.
A project board was chaired by David Mitchell, Director of Historic Scotland
Conservation Group (formerly Technical Conservation Group), with a number of
project partners invited to input.
Project Board
A Project Board was established in connection with the project, the purpose of
which was to:
a. agree and finalise the brief for the STBSASE;
b. agree and finalise the methodology for the audit;
c. provide a forum to meet at regular intervals throughout the project (every two
months, or on an ad-hoc basis where required) in order to share information
and report back on progress in fulfilling the brief;
d. ensure that the needs of all the project partners are represented and any relevant
information they might be able to provide is shared to progress the audit;
e. evaluate the findings of the project and agree how to progress the objectives
based on the results of the audit;
f. provide specialist knowledge.
