Project Team<br />
The Project Manager, Ali Davey (<strong>Historic</strong> <strong>Scotland</strong> Conservation Group (HSCG)),<br />
worked in collaboration with the Glasgow Metropolitan College Teaching Fellow,<br />
Alison McCandlish, and with <strong>Historic</strong> <strong>Scotland</strong> Research Assistant, Andrew<br />
McMaster.<br />
A project board was chaired by David Mitchell, Director of <strong>Historic</strong> <strong>Scotland</strong><br />
Conservation Group (formerly Technical Conservation Group), with a number of<br />
project partners invited to input.<br />
Project Board<br />
A Project Board was established in connection with the project, the purpose of<br />
which was to:<br />
a. agree and finalise the brief for the STBSASE;<br />
b. agree and finalise the methodology for the audit;<br />
c. provide a forum to meet at regular intervals throughout the project (every two<br />
months, or on an ad-hoc basis where required) in order to share information<br />
and report back on progress in fulfilling the brief;<br />
d. ensure that the needs of all the project partners are represented and any relevant<br />
information they might be able to provide is shared to progress the audit;<br />
e. evaluate the findings of the project and agree how to progress the objectives<br />
based on the results of the audit;<br />
f. provide specialist knowledge.<br />
