<strong>Public</strong> health nurses must sign their progress notes. Position the mouse in the body<br />
of the progress note and right click. In the pop-up menu, select Sign Note Now. See<br />
Figure 4.12c.<br />
The Sign Document dialog box will appear. Enter the Access Code (from Figure<br />
4.12d) in the Signature Code field and click OK.<br />
