investment interest expense.
Orison said the effects of
ftese actions would include
simplifying the tax code,
taking away the windfall tax
receipts the government
receives from higher Inflation,
encourage construction
and provide
significant tax relief for
middle and low-Income
families, the elderly and
minorities.
