STRUCTURE<br />

Reinforced concrete structure<br />

The structure of the building is arranged in two parts. One of them is made of<br />

reinforced concrete type HA-30/B/25/IIIa+H in the basement walls, footings and<br />

slab connecting the footings. That is due because is a marine zone and the<br />

distance between the building and the sea is less than 5km, and the concrete<br />

which is in contact with the atmosphere it must be IIIa to be resistant to chloride<br />

of marine origin.<br />

The rest of the structure is made of HA25/B/20/IIa used in the pillars, beams,<br />

and the three slabs of the floor.<br />

The shape of the footing is square, 100x100 cm and 60 cm of depth, concrete<br />

HA30/B/25/IIIa+H from central, with B500S steel.<br />

The slab connected the footings is made of concrete, 10 cm thick concrete<br />

made with HA-30/B/25/IIIa+H, max arid size 25mm, made in central, armed with<br />

steel B500S.<br />

The pillars are square, 30x30 cm and the beams are flat, having 30 cm of<br />

thickness, with dimensions of 20x30cm, both elements are made of reinforced<br />

concrete HA25/B/20/IIa.<br />

The floors are made from the same concrete beams and pillars, HA25/B/20/IIa<br />

have a thickness of 30 cm, 25 cm, made with ceramic vaults and joists semiresistant<br />

concrete with 70 cm intereje, and 5 cm layer of compression.<br />

The slab of the stairs is made in situ with the same concrete as the rest of the<br />

structure, HA25/B/20/IIa, is linked with the floors of each plant by the reinforcing<br />

steel and has a thickness of 20 cm.<br />
