Evaluati<strong>on</strong> Scale (FNE) by Wats<strong>on</strong> and Friend measures social-evaluative anxiety and is<br />

composed <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 17 true and 13 false keyed items. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> Fennema-Sherman Math <strong>Anxiety</strong><br />

STABS, AAT, FNE, and <strong>the</strong> arithmetic placement test, while 111 <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> participants<br />

completed <strong>the</strong> MAS and <strong>the</strong> arithmetic placement test. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> results <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> factor analysis<br />

A revised versi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> MARS was used in <strong>the</strong> Plake and Parker (1982) study.<br />

This versi<strong>on</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tained 24 items from <strong>the</strong> original 98-item MARS. O<strong>the</strong>r anxiety<br />
