4295 Change reason description code
Code specifying the reason for a change.
@ AY = Sale location different
Sold in a different sales location.
GS1 Description:
The reason for a different price is a different sale location and a
different type of sale location, for example, a duty paid shop or a
duty free shop.
++ BB = Transport means technical failure
Transport means had a technical failure, e.g. transport means
could not be unloaded or did not comply with hygienic
requirements.
++ BC = Equipment technical failure
Equipment had a technical failure, e.g. equipment was damaged
or wrong.
++ BE = Goods technical failure
++ BF = Spoilage of goods
Goods had a technical failure, e.g. instability, overhang,
transportation lock or damage.
A change resulting from the spoilage of goods.
++ BG = Grade difference out of tolerance level
The change is due to a variation in the grade of the product
outside the tolerance level allowed in an agreement.
4+ BH = Batch number difference
4+ BI = Expiry date difference

The batch number printed on the product received is different to
the batch number specified in the despatch advice message.
The expiry date printed on the product received is different from
the expiry date specified in the despatch advice message.
= Bar code not readable (GS1 Code)
Bar code is not readable for some reason (e.g. poor print quality)
by a bar code scanning device.
= Damaged (GS1 Code)
Code indicating that the identified product was damaged.
= Item represents substitution from original order (GS1 Code)
Code indicating the item or product is a substitute of the item or
product originally ordered.
= Pack difference
Self-explanatory.
GS1 Description:
The packaging of the product has changed.
= Minimum/maximum product durability date unacceptable
(GS1 Code)
Code indicating that the minimum durability date (e.g. best before
date) or maximum durability date (e.g. expiry date) of a product
are not acceptable.
= Product/services ID change
The product/services identification has changed.
