Part II – OASIS Collateral Management Portal Problem Logon The following error message will be displayed in the Portal for invalid login. Error Message at login Incorrect User/Password -- Please re-type a valid User/Password. Invalid Login Attempt Descriptions / Actions Either the User ID provided does not exist or the password entered does not match with the corresponding User ID. OASIS user need to input a correct combination of user ID and password. Two possibilities: 1. The User ID is locked by the system after more than 6 invalid login attempts. Please contact the support team for assistance. 2. Login outside the operating hours. Try to login again during the operating hours. Login failed: User is not associated to a legal entity. Please contact your customer support at OTCmembership@HKEX.COM.HK Login failed: User has no UserDefaults. Please contact your customer support at OTCmembership@HKEX.COM.HK Login failed: User has no Default Book in the UserDefaults. Please contact your customer support at OTCmembership@HKEX.COM.HK There is a setup issue with the OASIS user account. OASIS user should contact the OASIS support team immediately.
