Serrata Crescent – Auction of Council Owned Blocks
Five blocks at Serrata Crescent, Sisters Beach have been listed for public
auction at 12:00pm on Saturday 31 January 2009.
Blocks 7, 8, 13, 21 and 28 will be auctioned, with the additional purpose of
marketing the remaining unsold blocks at Serrata Crescent (thirteen not
including the five for public auction) – to date thirteen blocks have sold.
Expressions of interest were invited from local real estate agents to undertake
the auction in mid-December 2008, with Dean Chamley & Associates Pty Ltd
being the successful applicant.
Advertising for the auction has been conducted through the internet, on-site
signage, window-display at the auctioneer’s Wynyard branch and in the
Advocate’s Domain Property Guide.
