Description Stem round, dark red on maturity; flowers 9-10cm in diameter,<br />
reflexing, upright; petals and sepals violet/blue; corona<br />
filaments deep purple at base, white banded to blue at apex;<br />
leaves 3-5 lobed, dark green with reddish pigmentation, 10cm<br />
long x 12 cm wide; petiole 8cm with 3 petiole glands; peduncle<br />
13cm; bracts 1.5cm x 1cm. Appears to be self-fertile forming<br />
fruits. Minimum temperature 0C. Produced in 2005 and named<br />
after Connor McPhail, the godson of the breeder.
