Description Stem round; flowers 8cm in diameter, no fragrance; petals and<br />

sepals red/purple; corona filaments white, 2cm; leaves entire,<br />

13cm x 15cm; stipules 2.5cm x 1.cm, reddish; bracts 2cm x<br />

1cm; peduncle 2cm; petiole 5cm with two glands close to leaf<br />

base. Flowering period at night, June-October. Minimum<br />

temperature 10C. Similar to P. ‘Kew Gardens’, the origin of<br />

which is unknown.
