Approved by Enterprise Ireland, Enterprise Boards, FAS, Leader, Teagasc,
Acumen (ITI), Skillnets and other agencies as mentor and trainer.
Expert in Business Development and Market Research plans as well as full
Business Plans.
Regularly work with clients who are looking to increase sales through
introducing new products/services or expanding the geographic regions or
sectors in which they are selling.
Worked for Donegal County Enterprise Board and Letterkenny Institute
of Technology for eight and two years respectively so have excellent
knowledge of supports available to small businesses.
Increased sales by over €1m in two years while working in sheet metal
business in Galway as Sales and Marketing Executive.
Currently working with Mantis Cranes who have recently secured orders in
the Middle East and Brazil. Also worked with Gallen’s Linens in Louth who
are researching new products and markets for their products in UK, Europe,
US and China.
On a more local basis I am also working with The Swilly Group who
expanded from Donegal to Dublin and Belfast and are now operating in
Australia.
Through Elevate I have recently helped a professional services company in
Belfast to secure business in Dublin.
