Seniors Tell Their Plans
REAL PROPHECIES
DEBBIE ADAMS: I plan to attend Blackhawk East, majoring in business education.
DAN ANDERSON: I am going to be an aircraft mechanic and possibly go to a trade school.
BROOKS ARMSTRONG: I will attend Miami University in Ohio; later planning a career in art.
MILLIE BAKER: I plan to attend Blackhawk East for two years and study art. After that, I'm not sure.
LEWIS BELCOUR: I plan to move to Chillicothe where I will be working for the Decker and Porter Inc.
GUS BLANKS: I plan to work all summer to make enough money to buy a car. Then I am going to Western Illinois University
or possibly to AIC School of Business.
LILY BLANKS: After I leave high school I plan to attend Blackhawk in Moline and major in business.
DEBBIE BRADFORD: As for now, I have no real plans for the future. In the fall I might attend a Junior College, but what
courses I'll be taking, I don't know.
JANETTE BROWN: I plan to go to Blackhawk East this fall to become a LPN-Licensed Practical Nurse.
DOUG BURKE: Next year I will attend Loyola University majoring in chemistry.
BECKY CLARK: I plan to major in Speech Pathology at Illinois State University.
LINDA CONNER: I plan to major in Medical technology at St. Mary's College.
CURT CRABTREE: I plan to work this summer and look for a carpenter's trade school in the fall.
CHRIS CRAINE: I plan to major in elementary education at Illinois State University.
LINDA DAVIS: After graduation I am going to keep working at the Union Federal and in the fall I plan to attend Moline Institute
of Commerce.
TODD DAVIS: I plan to attend the school of carpentry in Moline.
FRED DEAL: I plan to attend MacMurray College at Jacksonville, Illinois and after paying my debts, become a hermit.
STEVE DIXON: Navy bound.
TIM DOTSON: After high school I plan to attend college in order to get a job.
JACKIE ELLIS: After high school I plan to work at Dr. Carney's office and become a dental assistant. During this time I'd be
taking an airline correspondence course for airline school. After a year I plan to go to Kansas City to finish airline school and
then get a job.
DAN FIELD: After graduation I plan to attend the Milwaukee School of Engineering and major in mechanical or electrical
engineering.
DOUG GREENHAGEN: After graduation I plan to work.
GLENDA GROVE: During the summer I plan to work at Mackinac Island at the Chipewa Hotel. (All friends are welcome.)
After that, I am undecided.
TONY HAMMONS: I am going to work this summer; then go on to college. If I am still around, I will decide this in four
years.
WREN HAMPTON: This summer I plan on working. I am going to work for about a year or so and then, during the summer of
'72 I plan on enlisting into the army. After I get out of the service I am going to get married.
DICK HARBOUR: I plan to spend my summer at Great Lakes Naval Training Center as I have joined the navy.
RITA HARLOW: I plan to attend Blackhawk East for one year and then go on to become a guidance counselor.
ROD HARRELL: I plan to attend the Institute of Drafting and Technology in Morrison, Illinois after graduation.
JOHN HILL: After graduation I plan to go to Blackhawk, majoring in business administration.
KEN HOWE: I plan to attend Universal Trade School in Omaha, Nebraska to become a mechanic.
PARE LEE JOHNSON: I plan to go to Crowley's Ridge Vocational and Technical School in Forrest City, Arkansas to major in
executive secretarial studies.
KATHY KARAU: I plan to attend Illinois State University this fall majoring in elementary education.
MAROUN KHAIRALLAH: After graduation I plan to go to college and study engineering.
LINDA KOEPKE: After graduation . . . ?
KRISTY KORTUEM: I plan to attend Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, South Dakota. I hope to become an X-ray technician.
LINDA LEONARD: I plan to attend Moline Beauty School in the fall.
GRETCHEN LESTER: I plan to attend Illinois State University in the fall, majoring in elementary education.
LYNN LINDSEY: After graduation I am going to live in Chicago.
DALE LINDSTROM: I plan to work this summer and go to a college or trade school this fall.
KAY LINDSTROM: I plan to get a job this summer and then maybe go to school.
ROB LININGER: After graduation I will attend the University of Iowa in the fall and major in pre-medicine.
