What WHS Cheerleaders Are Made of
A touchdown! Beautiful!
It can't be! They're all together!
The planning of a great assembly.
This summer, the cheerleaders attended
a camp at I.S.U. At this camp
they learned many new cheers and
techniques. They used some of these
in front of the student body, who enjoyed
them immensely. As the year
progressed, Homecoming was upon
them. It was a huge success. The
cheerleaders decorated every locker
in the high school. (That's quite an
accomplishment.) They placed third
in the skits, which was kind of
messy, but kept the crowd laughing.
The football and basketball seasons
might not have been as glorious as
past years, but the cheerleaders still
loved every minute of cheering. As
far as their thoughts go, it was a
tremendous season. They were proud
to be representing W.H.S. on the
floor and on the field. The cheerleaders
were also extremely proud of
the boys and the fine job they did.
The cheerleaders backed them all
the way in their all-out efforts for a
victory. Last but not least, GOOD
LUCK to the three Seniors on this
year's squad. It was great fun and
they made it worthwhile.
