G.A.A. Makes Us "Sports"

Every Tuesday and Thursday, the gym
fills up with a bunch of girls who participate
in such sports as bowling,
volleyball, speedball, softball, and
basketball. Even though it is a way to
work off pounds, it is also a place
where you can be friends with the
other members of G.A.A. There are
not any qualifications. You don't have
to be a Super Star or a great athlete.
All you have to have is an enjoyment
of sports as a whole, and the free time
to spend two nights a week participating.
An initiation is held for new
members early in the year, and a
slumber party takes place in the gym
at the end of year. The bright side of
G.A.A. is Mrs. McNeill, who diligently
sponsors this enthusiastic group of girls!
