Transponder configuration<br />

HPR 400<br />

Tx frequencies used are: 27.000 -31.500 kHz.<br />

The HPR 400 system interrogates the <strong>transponders</strong> by<br />

transmitting two pulses with frequencies according to the<br />

protocol. The transponder reply is determined by the second<br />

interrogation pulse (refer to figure 24). When the first<br />

interrogation pulse is an odd number (o) the reply is 250 Hz<br />

higher than it is when the pulse is an even number.<br />
