1. Supervisor’ s chosen and their duties:
(1) Communication with staff and shareholders: in addition to people in charge of reporting to
supervisors periodically, all Supervisors are entitled to contact any employee for information.
(2) Communication with the internal auditors and CPAs: Supervisors are entitled to investigate
company’s operation and finance and to require the Board of Directors and Managers for
reports and can contact CPAs when necessary; all internal auditors will report to all Supervisors
periodically.
2. When appearing at a Board meeting, any Supervisor makes a statement during the meeting; the
statement will be listed in the minutes and along with the meeting date, quarter, agenda, agreement and
the actions for Supervisor’s statements: None.
