Most respondents reported that they undertook strenuous (76.6% ROI and 76.3% NI), moderate (60.1%<br />

ROI and 75.1% NI) and mild (55.6% ROI and 67.4% NI) activity less than twice per week, though men<br />

were more active than women.<br />
