eating habits<br />
You as a parent<br />
Building activity into your day gives you more<br />
energy <strong>and</strong> strengthens joints so that you don’t<br />
feel so achy. It doesn’t have to be a vigorous<br />
workout - all movement counts as exercise.<br />
Build up to being active for 30 minutes, 5 times<br />
each week. Every 10 minutes counts so it’s easy<br />
to get going.<br />
There are 3 ways you can get more activity into<br />
your life <strong>and</strong> succeeding in even one of them<br />
can help you feel stronger, more energetic <strong>and</strong><br />
