This matrix is used to isolate or remove a number of different serine proteases, eg. Prekallikrein, Clostripain and<br />
Plasminogen activator from a wide range of materials. L-Arginine is coupled to Sepharose 4B, predominantly through<br />
its amino group, leaving the guanidine and carboxyl groups to react reversibly with the target protein. Desorption with<br />
ionic gradient or steps. Arginine Separose also has a wide pH and detergent <strong>com</strong>patibility.<br />
