Mannose Sepharopore
Mannose Sepharopore 4B is prepared by covalent linkage
of D- Mannose to Sepharopore 4B via the hydroxyl groups.
The likely site for coupling is at the C-6 position. Mannose
Sepharopore may be used to isolate mannose-binding
proteins such as Concanavalin A (Cat #714279 and 714271).
This resin can be used for lectin purification. Please consult
literature for suggested buffers and optimal pH for specific
proteins . Mannose Sepharopore 4B is supplied as a
suspension in 20% ethanol.

consistently high capacity of bindiing over the entire working
range, pH 4-7.
