AAAI/ISMA<br />
Learn cardiovascular fitness, weight training and nutrition,<br />
principles of strength training, aerobics and fitness testing. Prevent<br />
and identify injuries as well as design individualized fitness<br />
programs for clients, including free weights, resistance training and<br />
cardiovascular conditioning. This "all in one" workshop includes<br />
highly suggested readings before the class (call (609) 397-2139 for<br />
book purchase information) and concludes with the AAA/ISMA test<br />
for personal fitness trainer certification, which is good for two<br />
years.Please register early so that you can order the recommended<br />
